❓Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How do I update the firmware?
Go to Settings → System Update, and make sure your S3 is connected to the internet. The device will check for new firmware automatically. Then, click the update.
Q2: How do I download the software for control?
Please go to the official YoloLiv website and find the YoloLiv compose. Make sure that you download the correct version for your computer.
Q3: Why does the image keep flickering?
1. Open the Compose App and go to Exposure settings. Under Auto Exposure, try switching between 50Hz and 60Hz.
2. In Manual Exposure, set the shutter speed to 1/60 or 1/100.
Q4: Unable to connect S7 with Compose App
1. Ensure the network is connected.
2. Try a different USB cable and confirm it’s plugged into a USB 3.0 port.
3. Check the camera firmware version. You can email contact@yololiv.com to update the firmware.
Q5. No sound when using YoloCam S3?
Please note that the YoloCam S3 isn’t equipped with the built-in YoloCam S3. You will need to use an external audio source from a mic/computer/others.
