How to upload the log on your device
- Go to “Account & Settings” from the top right of the Main menu.
- Drag down and find the Diagnostic Logs option.
- Click the Diagnostic Logs-Upload.
- It may take a while for the uploading to be finished. When it’s done, please inform us and provide the SN number of the unit, which can be checked in the About Device option on the same page.
